Your questions, answered
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. BisoDay is offline-first: your data is stored on the device and stays viewable and editable without a connection. As soon as the network returns, everything syncs automatically with your co-organisers.
How do you handle couples and plus-ones (+1)?
Each guest can belong to a household. You set the number of companions and, for each one, their drink choice and dietary requirements. Totals and caterer lists update on their own.
Is my data secure?
Traffic is encrypted (TLS) and access is scoped per event. You keep ownership of your information: export any time, delete on request. We never resell your data.
Can I export my lists and budget?
Yes. Guest lists, seating plans, drink reports and budgets export to PDF and Excel, ready to send to the caterer, MC or your vendors.
How do I delete my account and data?
From the app (Settings → Support & account) or by email at support@bisoday.com. Deletion happens after a cancellable 30-day grace period, then your data is permanently erased.
